Do I have the right to cancel my gift voucher order?
You have the possibility to cancel your gift voucher order in writing within 14 days subsequent to receiving your gift voucher. Cancellation is, however, not valid once you have activated your gift voucher and contacted your respective adventure professional. Further details can be found in our AGB (terms and conditions).Exchanging your gift voucher for a different adventure activity is possible right up until you actually activate your gift voucher. Once our gift voucher has been activated, exchanges or cancellations are no longer possible.
