We guarantee that as our client, you will not pay more than if you were to pay directly to a provider. Should any of our partners offer a lower price, we are happy to pay you back the difference. Our Best Price Guarantee correlates to the normal listed prices of our partners. Sales and discounts for groups are not included in our Best Price Guarantee.

Exchanges

You have the possibility to exchange your gift voucher for another activity offered by Tirol Adventures as long as your adventure gift voucher has not been activated.
If the value of your original coupon does not match the value of the new adventure, you can pay it off at a lower value. If the previous value was higher, you will receive the difference in the form of a voucher.
