Physical requirements:
Tandem paragliders allow a weight up to 95 kg. Children 14 Years or min 50kg There is no age limit and we have experience flying young children as well as senior citizens. Physical fitness is of course an advantage but not a requirement. With good updraft conditions, which are most common in spring and summer, we fly with you for up to 45 minutes. Since such a flight is associated with turbulence and altitude is sometimes gained quickly, with average climb rates of around 5m/sec, it is advisable not to eat too much before the flight. Sometimes we reach altitudes of over 3000m above sea level.
