Duration:
The tour lasts 2 days, the tour program is as followed:
DAY 1 Meeting point in the morning is the car park or ticket office of the Pitztal glacier lifts in Mittelberg St. Leonhard im Pitztal (1770 m). After purchasing a lift ticket, you will reach the ski area of ​​the Pitztal Glacier (2840 m). Now the Wildspitzbahn is used as a last assistance, before you start the tour after a short descent on the Mittelberg Joche (3100 m). On the first day, the ascent to Wildspitze (3770 m) and / or the Brochkogel (3635 m), as well as the descent via the Vernagtferner to Vernagthütte is on the program. The chosen route depends on the currently prevailing conditions.
DAY 2 On the second day the tour starts with the Vernagtferner in the direction of Hochvernagtspitze (3530 m), before you make a suitable descent via the Sexegertenferner to reach the Taschachhaus (2434 m). Now you go back over the scenic Taschachtal towards Taschachalm (1796 m) and from there in the direction of Mittelberg to the valley station of the glacier express - the starting point of the skiing tour.
Location:
The starting point is St. Leonhard in the Pitztal. The Ötztal Alps are part of the Austrian Central Alps and belong to the largest mountain groups of the Eastern Alps. The highest peak is the Wildspitze with 3770 meters.

The price is per person. If accompanied by a second person, this person will pay only 15% of the price.
